My Fallout 3 Disaster! (CTD issues)

Ok so I have searched everywhere on the internet and no one seems to have posted a solution to the specific issue I am having with Fallout 3 so this is really my last resort.... I will start with what I have already done to improve the games stability...

I have applied the multicore CPU fix.

I have installed the unofficial FO3 Patch.

I have used BOSS to sort my load order and fix any conflicts with my mods.

I have enabled fallout.exe to use over 2gb of RAM.

Also I am launching the game using FOSE.

The mods I have installed are as follows (In current load order)

[X] Fallout3.esm
[ ] Anchorage.esm
[ ] ThePitt.esm
[ ] BrokenSteel.esm
[ ] PointLookout.esm
[ ] Zeta.esm
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Operation Anchorage.esp
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - The Pitt.esp
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Broken Steel.esp
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Point Lookout.esp
[X] Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Mothership Zeta.esp
[X] aHUD.esm
[X] iHUD.esm
[X] DarNifiedUIF3.esp
[X] GNR Enhanced.esp
[X] Fellout-Full.esp
[X] StreetLights.esm
Also have NMCs Texture pack installed 'Performance Version' (Activated in NMM)
My system specs are:
CPU I5 3570K
GPU 7950 3GB (Drivers at most recent stable version)
8GB RAM
Ok so enough of all that now let's get to the real issue. Basically what is happening is the game is running flawlessly at 60 fps looking great (which took a while to achieve) and I will be playing sometimes for a few hours and some other times for only about 10-20 minutes, I'll get into some sort of combat and then my game will just crash. Like I said earlier I have looked all over the net for a solution and I just can't find one unless I am missing something? I don't know if maybe it is the load order or something I really am completely lost and on the verge of giving up. So please if anyone knows of a fix or can tell me something I am doing wrong then let me know as I really wan't to finish my play through. Feel free to ask me any further questions if I have missed any information that will help diagnose the problem also.
Thanks in advance!

Since you have the Unofficial Patch .esp activated for the DLCs, shouldn't you also have the DLCs activated? Also, move Streetlights.esm so that it is between ThePitt.esm and BrokenSteel.esm.

Gotta ask, why don't you have Fellout for the DLCs?

Give this a try: DC Moods http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/19191 Use it instead of Fellout.

The unexpected crashes you will experience is just part of the fun of Fallout3.

Thanks for the reply, I put DC moods on and I like it so thanks for that. As for the load order changes I have done that but I'll have to wait until I get a chance to play again to see if it makes any difference. I mean I'm ok with the occasional crash but when it is after about 20 mins of play it is pretty damn annoying.
