As the title say i would like to create a mod which alter spells "properties/tags" such as "concentration" for example.
First of all, what tool do i need to find/download to be able to read game's files ?
How spell's descriptions & data are stored ? (not the visual part but the tags associated, categories, damage values and such)
Is it in some text files or in a database of some sort ?
Do i have to install Unity ? (i used it many years ago so i'm familiar with it and with C#)
Or there is a tool that extract the data from the game's files in a text editor readable format ? (I use Notepad++)
