nexus mod manager working unstable

i am currently using 0.65.2 version, mostly using it for skyrim se and today nmm started to work unstable i cant reinstall mods most of the times does anyone encountered same problem?

Your version is pretty old, might wanna update, and see if that doesn't solve your issue.

somehow i couldnt manage to update but ill try again, thank you ^^
