New Vegas working until trying to load most recent save. works when loading new save from old one

So recently my New Vegas has been working great, however every time I save the game and quit and then attempt to load the most recent save, the game crashes on the loading screen. Strangely however, the game works when I load an older save then load the newer save from that older one. The game is still playable but it is kind of irritating to have to keep loading an older save every single time. I have all the essential mods, the 4gb Patch, NVTF, NVAC, and also have gone through and edited much of the INI files for stability. I will also provide a NVAC log as well as my load order. I am aware that my load order is massive and that this problem is almost 95% a mod compatibility problem. However, before I do the nuclear option of trying to fix that, I just wanna get some last minute advice or ideas. Thank you
