ALOT installer comes with a trojan?

Hi,

New here. 

Couple a days a go I tried to download ALOT installer for ME1 but Win10 blocked download because of virus, identified as "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl".

Tested again today, no warnings, downloaded file (ALOTInstallerWPF_4.0.740.3661.7z) without any problems or warnings.

Is it safe to download and install this mode?
