When done navmeshing even though it's correct at spots npc's stop and turn around

navmesh npc bugs

I've done the process right i think creating navmesh ,checking for nav errors ,cover edges and finalizing. Is there something  i'm missing?

can attach pics if needed

Did you test it in the Creation Kit with an NPC? (NavMesh > Normal Pathing Test).

It's checked but nothing happens. What am I missing?

The line looks good and green but is yellowish at spots. Looks like it's just triangles overlaying the green sometimes. Or is that bad?
