Game keeps crashing when exploring

So I have been trying to craft a nice looking game for the past few days, but my game keeps crashing after running around the commonwealth for a while. It works well when in looksmenu or in the pip-boy. But after I have moved some 100 meters or so the game crashes.
I have tried disabling my mods in packages, to see which part of my load order seems to be the problem. I have also switched ENB, which didn't help either. Any suggestions for what the issue might be? Thanks so much in advance any kind soul willing to help.

 

(EDIT: wtf, now I uninstalled all mods and the issue remains)

Maybe you have a corrupted save file. Try cocing from the main load screen to your favorite location and see if it crashes.
