Load Order if necessary. a little over 40 hours in, have cleaned as many as possible via fo3edit and used loot to sort. Title explains the issue, anything else needed I can respond to and or test for you.

The first problem is that you cannot run FOOK and FWE in the same game.

 

This is the second problem: "have cleaned as many as possible via fo3edit and used loot to sort" Cleaning of mods should only be done by the mod author. No one should ever clean the game .esm files.

 

LOOT does not nor has it ever sorted Fallout 3 mods correctly. If you were to read the description page of FWE or FOOK, this would be clearly evident.
