I've been pulling my hair out trying to get the popular 2k textures from Nebula and some rock/ road textures to load. I've done a clean install of all software (skyrim, NMM, BOSS, SKSE) and to no avail.I can get the blood textures to load as well as some UI mods but it seems like mods will only work for me if they have a .esp plugin (I know that a lot of texture mods don't have them but the blood one does and that seems to be the variable here).
