HELP! (FNV Mod Trouble)

Did you click on the PLUGINS tab (Under the mods tab on the left) and make sure THOSE are ENABLED as well?

Did you DEPLOY the mods?

I believe I did everything right, but when I try to boot up the game the mods simply dont work. Ive tried starting a new game too.
