CK and Testing a New NPC Follower With No Mods Enabled SSE?

We built an NPC-follower, and would like to test it in game.

 

Following the tutorial, we want to test our newest NPC with NO mods enabled, although we built the NPC while CCBE was enabled in our Vortex Profile.

 

Our Questions:

 

1) Will we achieve a reliable test? Will the NPC have the default place-holder textures assigned to the CK by CCBE even if CCBE is disabled in a Vortex Profile?

 

2a) Or will the NPC appear with original vanilla textures from the SSE archives?

 

2b) Or will our NPC appear with the custom textures we pathed in our NIFs.?

 

3) We fear "breaking" our NPC, after a lot of work.
