[LE] Help with enemy behavior

I have an idea about a new kind of enemy, the Thalmor assassins, who start hunting the Dragonborn if he seriously angers the Thalmor.
They attack under cover of night, weared in special black armor, uses Illusion and shadow magic, and fast, short swords, like wakizashi. And also, they're vampires. Black night, black armor, black swords, and some pairs of glowing hungry eyes in the dark..

I have armor and weapon, but i need something more.
I need to made new Ai Behavior, for this unique enemies, because vanilla AI will not use all potential of this powerful soldiers. In vanilla, assassins attack like most of enemies
I need to made this enemies sneaky. sly and cautious.
They must capable to:

Dodge, unlike most enemies, excluding Dark Brotherhood assassins.

Becoming invisible. Untile they turn off invisibility, or player detects them by Perception, battle music don't play

Dodge, when player try to reach them by melee.

Teleport behind the player 's back.
