Need help with freezes

[supermonstah666]

So i finally have my game stable enough where i have 0 CTDs but the only problem that's left to fix are freezes. You know the type, screen freezes but the music keeps playing. these crashes usually happen when loading into an area and happen at random times.
Papyrus logging shows something different every time and then again papyrus logs are not counted as crashlogs. .NET Framework doesn't generate any logs since the freeze is not a CTD.
The only thing i can offer in this case is my loadorder so i'd love it if you guys could give it a peak and tell me what i could potentially do to fix these freezes.

Issue has been resolved. I removed some script heavy mods that i wasn't using or i felt like i wouldn't miss and i've been able to play in one sitting which normally would have taken me at least 5-10 freezes to get through.
