Hi,

 

I just wanted to send a quick message that the download speeds for files larger than 500mb is frankly unacceptable. I'm talking 50 kb/s if you're lucky. I have seen countless posts on these forums and elsewhere online about people experiencing the same thing. I just want to make sure that the appropriate people are informed of this issue and can hopefully work on resolving it as soon as possible.
