I have over 10 years experience from using Photoshp and I would be interested doing a total returing mod for it, but I have a problem with those .pak files so I could get access to textures. I have tried various different programs but those doesnt want to extract it because of reason X..And if anyone is willing to help, hit me up with message. I will do a website for this project later.
