can't success to work mods(resorep)

using windows 10, followed instructions properly.checkhed everything over and over again.

 

but nothing appears in the game.default textures still in the game.

 

for example wanna use trailer skin mod download followed instructions..no error no glitch just default textures still in the game.need help.
