track pricing for different popularity level

it kinda sucks that when an item has high or low popularity, you just kinda have to guess what the right price is and cant rely on the notes you have, even if your notes are perfectly done. it would be great if you could somehow switch the notes to be relevant for different current popularity levels so you don't need to constantly playing the game of "how much more does it go for now?"
