Good bye FPS

So suddenly one day after starting up Skyrim again I was treated to quite the nasty surprise, my 60 fps constant was now lost and confused, having mistakenly taken the identity of 24, I mean, if I knew my 60 fps was actually a 24 at heart I wouldve accepted it but so suddenly it changed, after I had known it as 60 all my time in Skyrim. Once and a while on a good location I could convince it to be a 31, but it was still not the same. It was a violation of trust you know?

 

Translation: Random and stange fps drop, I thought initially it was because I had reached 152 mods (with 4 installed between game launches, so I figured 150 was the limit) but even after trimming the fat down to 120 it was still bad. I created a new character and during the creation part (Alternate Start) I was getting 60, and I am about to test a different already made character. I had just used BOSS the other day too as it was necessary for the Reproccer. Im at a loss.

 

Using NMM

Settings at high to compensate for mods, Ultra still has 60 with fewer mods.
