I'd love to know if there's a way to make it better as well.I found something that helped greatly, but didn't completely alleviate the problem. I downloaded the Skyrim Configurator and enabled all options within all sub-menus that say "threaded" or "threading". The frame rate no longer drops below 50, and the stuttering is removed.
