Unfortunately, I've found minimal talk on the subject, and I'm not skilled enough to do it without advice or a guide. So, I'm curious if anyone here could rebuild the assets from scratch, so it can be uploaded legally. I'm just really fond of the mansion towers from FO76, among other assets, and I'd love to create a settlement with the assets. Side note: If any of you folks pick up this mod idea, let me know if you have a Patreon for your modding endeavors.
