I just started playing and modding on pc so to have this kind of problem right away kinda bummed me out. But I did what Helloguy said and did a verification of it in Steam. It took a little bit to check all the files and then I think it said it was missing one file and would reacquire it. Unfortunately I purchased the free HD resolution dlc and it's been downloading all 4.4gb of that for a while. So until that's done I don't think it's gonna reacquire that file. I wish I could stop the download of that DLC entirely because I probably can't run it anyway. Just got greedy because it was free. I'll get on deleting that immersive animations download, thanks. I'm not sure if it was the verification or uninstalling the immersive mod and dual sheath redux mod because I did it all at the same time and then ran it and it worked.
