I downloaded the most recent SKSE64 For Skyrim Special Edition.

And this appears when trying to run Skyrim SE with SKSE64 on my end...

May need some help:

I thought AE stood for anniversary edition.

I was told not to launch Anniversary Edition by the Devourment development team lest I have a "REALLY nasty surprise".

AE is what everyone calls the 1.6 patch for Skyrim SE. According to that error you are using 1.6.342 which would be what everyone calls AE.

 

If they are warning you to not use AE, then they probably mean you have to stay on the 1.5.97 patch, which will require you to use the Unofficial Downgrade Patcher mod available on the Nexus.
