Mod merger question.

Hey there, I'm trying to merge two mods, and I've come to a line that states:

<Property name="Value" value="BLD_LIGHT_DESCRIPTION" />

Whereas the other mod states:

<Property name="Value" value="BLD_DECOR_DESCRIPTION" />

Which is correct for the latest version of NMS?
