I was installing mods and got a message that one mod has deleted "background" topic.

I reinstalled a clean Morrowind and didn't use the offending mod, and got the same message again - from a different one.

Then in happened the third time - different mod, again. This time one I had used before without problem.

What's going on and how to fix this?

I do use Morrowind Code Patch and mlox.

Did you try to cancel this change with a mod cleaner?

Which one? I am not very savvy in terms of modding.
