I keep seeing this masked centurion helmet but is there a way to get it?

Open the console, click on the character so his name is at the top of the screen and enter inv into the console and it will produce a list of everything he's carrying along with their eight character base ID's. If you want it enter the following into the console player.additem base ID 1 or however many you want. So for example if the ID is 00abcdef you would enter player.additem 00abcdef 1.

I know how to use the console lmao, im saying ive never seen this masked centurion helmet in game. Wiki only has the command for a regular maskless one.

Found my answer after a lot of searching, the masked centurions appear at the battle for hoover dam and the masks attatched to the face not helmet so its not obrtainable. They didnt want to render too many faces apparently.
