alextrep Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 Hi everyone, I recently bought a brand new Alienware 14 and I am of course playing Skyrim on it. I can run Skyrim at max settings with loads of mods of all kind and it works perfectly smooth.But when I try to install an ENB, it immediatly starts to run a lot slower and it totally breaks my experience in Skyrim.I know ENBs have a big fps impact on the game but there must be something to do and I am posting here to ask for your help. I must admit that I only tried the Project ENB mod which is one of the hardest on fps impact but I don't know any other ENBs that doesn't mess the night vision.So if anybody could give me tips or tweaks to make it work better or if you have any suggestion of good ENB that doesn't have a big fps impact I would be happy to listen to your ideas! I have also used RealVision ENB and Unreal Cinema ENB and both ran very smooth. I haven't used Project ENB so I really can't give any information. I installed realvision enb and it runs at around 32 fps outdoor which is much better than I experienced with project Enb.
