Anyone have ideas about how to remove the bullet holes from hats? A mod or a texture edit?

All the holes in the clothes can be removed with rampage trainer but it does not work for the hat.

 

So my ideas are these. 

 

1. A script that removes the holes in the hat with a hotkey.

 

2. There must be a ytd file for the holes in hats. If this file could be edited, the holes could be present but not visible.
