SSE Mod Request; Custom Race; Piko the Kobold

Piko The Kobold Request.

 

A request for a custom race in Skyrim SE simply titled Piko.

 

My idea of a kobold in skyrim would be that they're fast, thief-oriented builds.

 

 

Perks (Active effects) :

Piko-Breathing - Can breathe underwater

Piko-Bouyant - Being small has a small disadvantage, whenever entering a body of water Piko will slowly swim up without a proper input.

Piko-Squeek - Being small has a huge ADVANTAGE, sneaking is %250,000,000 easier and it is much easier to sneak past walls of objects like barrels and boxes. This however, doesn't always assure you can kill someone without suspicion.

Piko-Scale - Piko is smaller than that of a child in skyrim.

Piko-Appraisal - Piko is very good at obtaining gems and analyzing if they're fake or not: %75 percent increase in chance to find gems (Some may be FAKE TYPE, FAKE STYLE) and her appraisal skills earn Piko an passive %51 better prices with merchants

Piko-Woman-Army - Piko is naturally %100 resistant to shock, fire, poison, disease, frost as long as she is wearing the full piko armor set: Anklets, loincloth, belt, left glove, right glove, collar, and cloth chestpiece

Piko-exual - Piko can marry either gender

Piko-Pocket - Minimum and Maximum pickpocket is set to %100, but in return hired thugs can appear far more often.

Piko-Unlocky - Is very unlucky with lockpicks no matter the locks difficulty

Piko-Sprint: Sprinting is %25 faster

Piko-Recuperation: Stamina regenerates %125 faster

 

Custom Items:

Anklets - Base Armor: 12, light, weight: 12 pounds

Loincloth - Base Armor: 1, light, weight: 0.01 pounds "It's like wearing nothing at all!"

Belt - Base armor: 1, light, weight: 0.05 pounds "For packing my gold"

Left glove, Base armor: 6, light, weight: 0.05 pounds "Part one of the two step gold snatch"

Right Glove, Base Armor: 6, light, weight: 0.05 pounds "And a one, and a two, and a one two gold pickpocket"

Collar (V1), Base Armor: 12, light, weight: 12 pounds "My trusty collar, perhaps I should practice violin"

Collar (One ton weight attached to the front) , base armor: 125, heavy, weight: 2000 pounds (only when equipped) "YUP... THIS... THIS IS HEAVY..."

Cloth Chestpiece, Base armor: 6, light, weight: 0.01 "No booba, no no no booba"

 

Weapons:

claws - do %50 more damage unarmed. Good for brawls!

Coinpurse Cutters (X2) - Daggers that steal all an targets gold and dumps it into your pockets, thus their name.
