Looking at the releases page, there have been a total of 5 updates to Improved Camera PR4, seemingly without a version change. I can't repro these issues on the most recent one (05/09/2022), make sure you're up to date.

I have a problem when my character equips the shield, it moves to the right hand, and when my character unequipped it, it went on my back. can someone help me?

Thanks for the updates, so much new stuff.

I've a question. There is this option to remove scabbard of weapons, but is there a way to do the opposite?
I'm trying to create some displays for weapons that don't have a scabbard, but I don't want to create new meshes.

Not possible without separating scabbard meshes and attaching those to a form which can be used in a custom object.

Not with the simplicity you're probably looking for, like one scabbard to automagically fit all weapons. You need to source that mesh from somewhere and it needs to be right for your weapon so you might as well manually add it to the mesh. This is relatively easy to do with nifskope and it's more efficient than adding separate custom sheath objects via IED.
