Pantsbucket
So I started up a new character, and everything seemed to be going fine, but then I found a set of elven armor and noticed that the cuirass was weaker than the default imperial light armor and that other random armors and weapons were randomly unaffected. Longbows also did not have a long draw time, the stormcloak gauntlets were weaker than hide bracers, etc. If anyone knows of a fix for this or at the very least an explanation, I'd be very grateful. Load order: SPIKE.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm, Dragonborn.esm, SkyUI, unofficial patches (skyrim, then dawnguard, then hearthfire, then dragonborn, ReProccer.esp, SkyRe main, combat, enemy ai, enemy scaling, encounter zones, towns and villages enhanced: Markarth exterior, enhanced cities, docks of solitude, kill them generals, complete skyforge, guard diologue overhaul, shadow striping fix (indoor/outdoor), walk, better dynamic snow, enhanced distant terrain, deeper snow (more snow), beards UNLEASHED, argonian raptor feet, quest fixes, ultimate npc face unlocker, relighting skyrim, sounds of skyrim (wilds and then dungeons, no civilization), the paarthurnax fix, Quest: The bigger they are, unique uniques, skyrim immersive creatures, pure waters, realistic needs and diseases, RND dawnguard patch, RND hearthfires patch, RND dragonborn patch, RND pure waters patch, RND uskp patch, lush grass, alternate start-live another life Edited September 9, 2013 by Pantsbucket
Aminados
Did you run ReProccer?? If you have extra weapons/armor mods It would be a good idea to install "Balbor and Steelsouls SkyRe ReProccer Project" and then run ReProccer. Also, make sure you run ReProccer before playing, after installing/unistaling any mods.

These are vanilla items being simply ignored by skyre.EDIT: I ran ReProccer just to be safe. Didn't work. Pantsbucket
did you install Balbor and Skysteel's Reproccer project's stats.xml?http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27092//?Is Skyre active in your load list? How exactly would installing that mod make it so that my either vanilla or skyre added weapons and armor are no longer unchanged? The problem is that hide bracers have a higher armor rating than iron gauntlets, an iron war axe is doing more damage than orcish bastard sword, and there is essentially no difference between bow types, etc. Yes, SkyRe is active in my load list. I'll add my full load order at the top.

Pantsbucket
I've made a breakthrough in my problem. I've gone and reinstalled all my mods just to be sure, and I know I have the latest version on steam, but when using the SKSE installer, it says I have Skyrim runtime 0.1.16. How do I get 1.9.32.0? Redownloading Skyrim isn't something I'm adverse to at this point.
