Problem making a mod work correctly.

I have tried reinstalling it several times, I know I got the two necessary mods installed, including HGEC. All the races seem to work in the two mods. I can't seem to get the Textures right with the mod, so I am wondering if someone can help me with instructions in how to get this mod to work.

youre gonna need to provide more details buddy. what mod manager are you using or how are you installing the mod?

i havent modded oblivion in about a year or so, but thought id try to help you. i downloaded the file to look at it and i see that one of the meshes subfolders is completely empty, which is suspicious. maybe with this version the author didnt package it up correctly. I dont know of any reason to include an empty directory with a mod package. If thats not the source of problems, I would make sure you have all of the required and/or recommended mods that are listed on the mod page. Have you posted in the comments section or tried reading to see if anyone else has the same issue?
