Can we please get a mod that changes all the stats of every rune you pick up have better stats like from 50, 100, 500, 100, and 9999 please and can we get a mod that changes the model of the weapons such as the blades look like level on or two at level 5 same goes for the axe as well. and can I get a mod that changes some detail on the armors as well and maybe a separate mod that Adds more slots to all the lower ranked armors and if possible raise the levels a bit PLEASE I'm sick of seeing all the reshade mods man add some really good one id do it myself but I really don't know how to make any mods

yes me too, I would like a mod to change the skin of weapons. Personally, I really prefer the base ax skin to the higher level ones.

Above all I'd like to see a mod that recolors the Traveller's Armor you can get (Breastplate of the Traveller). I like the design, but why o why did they give it that disgusting greenish color...

 

I imagine it would be either described in a table, or it is some image file, like a PNG. Seen either implementation in other games' files, but I can't seem to find what I need for this game.
