J'ai un problème avec FNIS qui dit qu'il ne peut pas accéder à un fichier car il est utilisé par un autre programme. Après plusieurs recherches j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y avait que FNIS qui utilise le fichier en question. Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution ? I have a problem with FNIS who says that it cannot acces to a file because it's use by another program.
