ENB HELP!

Hey . I'm not sure if this is how I can get some help, but here I go. I'm having a heck of a time with these ENB Mods. I'm pretty new to modding but I do fairly well. Nonetheless I have watched all of gophers up to date modding for begginniners videos, and almost all of his ENB showcase. Haha just about any instruction video I've seenhe's been on it.

Anyway, I just had my cousin build me a sweet rig. I'm not a techie by any means so I don't the specifics beyond these:

i5-3750k, 3.4GHz (3.8 Turbo) Ivy Bridge Quad Core

AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series 2g internal ram

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB 240 Pin DDR3 SDRAM

I have been able to run just over 70 mods with little Fps loss, many of them being HD. Some of the mods as follows:

HD2K Full - All of them. Vivid Landscapes Volcano & Dungeons, W.A.T.E.R, SFO, LTLG, Snow and Rocks HD by Darevix, and his Road fix.

Suppiour rock textures 2K, sometimes 4K (If I'm feeling froggy). HD Trees 2K, Bigger Trees (Small), 26 armour and weapons mods, Immersive creatures, The sexy city series, SMIM, UNP, Better Males, Fine Face male, - for NPCs, (I dont recommend that one with an ENB on, it looks.... strange) And quite a few others.

Now I sacrificed a little when loading up the Real-vision ENB. It was amazing, I even used ewi65's INI Files recommended by the author. RLO was great with COT too!! Yet, I kept getting random CTD's. I had WARZONES at one point but got rid of it, the right way, and I hadn't been experiencing CTD before. I used Boss, and for the mods that had instructions on where they should be in the load order like IMAGINATIVE I placed them where they belonged. Still CTD every 8 to ten min. I tried the performance version, I moved to 1K textures and gave up on SMIM :( (I liked my chains and ropes) still CTD. I got rid of a few mods I wasn't sure about, and started another clean save, all to no avail.

So I'm wondering what mods any of you would recommended I know some of you are very specific and it varies from person to person. I enjoy the HD, I love immersion like Wet and Cold, variety of NPCs , armors and weapons. I love Skyrim friendly new places. It's a whole other world and is constantly changing. If that gives you an idea.

Still I would love to know ya'lls opinion and any advice you guys can give me. I have been thinking of Visual immersion ENB as well.

Long story short, I know I did something wrong, more than likely a conflicting mod, ( a conflict not found by the authors of said mods) as I have done my homework and more than half of these I uploaded for my cousin on his pc and it runs like a charm. Again, I would appreciate you guys's input from one modder to another. Thank you very much.
