FNIS Attack Speed insanely high!

Okay I've just recently started using FNIS like 2 days ago and I had a bunch of mods like DUEL and crap, so I would go into my game, and I noticed my guys swing speed for his weapons was insanely fast. Also he looked like a retard in 3rd person because he's just swinging a sword at 700 MPH for christ sake. So I blamed it on DUEL and reinstalled skyrim with most of the mods I had before except for DUEL and added a little more, but minor mods like player homes. I play my game with FNIS loaded and, to no suprise, I still have insane sword swinging speeds. I have looked into this for hours and have gotten nowhere. I have found some cases where people hear it but still see one sword swing like normal, but mine you can clearly see how fast it swings. Here is my mod list: (FNIS not shown)

are you using the FNIS generate tool each time you install new mods?

Yes I am and I installed only 1 mod after this.

You are supposed to run the generator every time you install new mods, might not be the problem but it will eliminate it as the problem

Try going into the console and typing "player.forceav weaponspeedmult 1" it should set everything back to normal.
