Pillar spell/power, better Aetherial Staff, an awesome way to escape,

Yes, I did a thread the other day, but I got no responses. I guess I'll give some additional requests, so as to not simply bump the same thing. Obvious copypaste is obvious.

1. A conjuration spell and once-a-day power to summon a spectral pillar OR a statue of a daedric prince. The purpose is to use this pillar/statue to use as protection from dragons' fire if you encounter them in the fields with no obstacles between you and the dragon. The spell will be either apprentice or adept level (adept is more likely), and it will last for a minute. The power, usable only once a day, will last for five minutes. Since the conjuration school summons stuff from Oblivion, maybe the statue would make more sense, and probably also make it easier for the modder. I'm thinking a good place to find this power would be in that maze sub-dungeon in Labyrtinthian (I forget the name). Was thinking the main dungeon first, but then you'd have to do the College questline to get it, which kills the purpose of letting any character use it. There, the power is acquired from a mystical stone or something. The spell is sold by the regular spell vendors.

2. An improvement for the Aetherial Staff (Dawnguard). I want to use as many staves as possible when doing mage characters, but this one is hardly useful at all. So what I had in mind is, first of all, remove the possibilities of Dwarven Spiders, so it only summons Dwarven Spheres (maybe leveled with the player, if they aren't already, I don't know), but most importantly, make the summons independant. To clarify, make it so you can summon both a regular atronach, either by spell or staff, and a D-sphere simultaneously, without the Twin Souls perk. I don't think the spheres are summoned from Oblivion, so it would probably make sense. And if you have the Twin Souls perk, you can have two atronachs as well as a sphere, a total of three summons.

3. An active effect with the same effect as the Quiet Casting perk. The Illusion school is ideal for sneaky characters, but if you don't wanna use it but still be a mage-thief, this would come in handy. You could find this in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, again from a stone. You don't have to join to get it, and Festus might very well use this power.

4. A once-a-day power that lets you sprint at twice the regular sprint speed, and at a less stamina cost. If you find yourself cornered by a bear or an angered giant, you want to escape, and fast. The lower stamina cost is catered to mages, since they invest less in stamina, yet are the most susceptible to close-ranged dangers. Again, acquired from a stone, but I have no suggestion where this stone would be.

5. The Favourites menu is really useful, but it tends to become full of favourited weapons, spells, potions etc. Would it be possible to make several menus, lined up next to each other? One for weapons and shields, one for apparel (which could include shields, I just don't put many apparel in favourites), one for spells and powers/shouts, and one for potions/poisons. You browse every menu with up and down buttons as usual, and use the side buttons to go from one menu to the other.

6. Just for fun, but could be helpful if you use survival mods. When you kill animals, you can loot raw meat from most of them. How about, if you killed the animal with fire damage (by spell or an enchanted weapon), the meat was cooked? So you fling a fireball at a poor little rabbit, and you get cooked rabbit rather than raw.

As I said before, I'd really be grateful if just one of these was done. I can humbly say, they are great ideas.

Well, not surprising that someone beat me to that idea. Either way, 100 internets to you, you fine gentleman, and to the creator of the mod in question.
