Mod Request - Allow selling of all items on hard mode

So it seems like hard mode won't let you sell all of your items you have in your inventory. Switching to normal mode allows this, but the prices you can sell them for are a lot, and aren't balanced for hard.

 

Is it possible to get a mod to be able to sell ALL inventory items while playing on hard difficulty, while also keeping the sell prices balanced (low) for hard? Thanks!
