The creator's description is vague and basically useless and the people here are not helpful saying the armor is "at the shrine of Talos" of which there are 15 vanilla and many mods add a bunch more.  Instead of just being unhelpful like everyone else, I have hunted these pieces and will give their location.

Gloves: Shrine southwest of Windhelm under the bridge leading to shrine (https://imgur.com/a/LiRHK6f)

Judges Axe: same as gloves, southwest of Windhelm

Helm: Shrine south of Froki's shack (which is SE of Ivarstead) (https://imgur.com/a/J1MIHPq)

Boots: Shrine at Sea of Ghosts, south and a little west of Ysgramors Tomb (https://imgur.com/a/cZNvtfu)

Chest: North of Alftand and south of the Sea of Ghost's shrine, can see the shrine from the previous one. (https://imgur.com/a/47yQFZq view from Sea of Ghost shrine)

Without obstacles, there would be no value. Otherwise, you can just use the console command.

Nice armor! haven't gone after it yet but I have a question, in some users screenshots the face of the player canbe seen through the helmet while others are just black where the eyes should be visible, is there a patch for it like open faced helmet mod?
