Yes! Thats a Dragon of the North Armor!
And no damn hdt required to get a Faraam type armor! Proves my point most armor can be made without it anyway. Awesome.

This armor is a Masterpiece.  I can see playing a new playthrough as a Stormcloak Powerhouse laying down the Law in Skyrim.
