MoonGirl786 Posted February 23, 2022 Share Posted February 23, 2022 So, I'm pretty new to modding in general, apart from the in-game mod manager in Skyrim SE/AE. Yesterday I installed Vortex and installed two mods using it, but I wasn't too happy and decided to try MO2 instead after hearing some glowing reviews. So I uninstalled those mods using Vortex, and uninstalled Vortex. I have now installed MO2 and linked it to Nexus, but Nexus still shows my download options as Vortex or Manual. Should I have unlinked Votex from within the app before uninstalling? Help... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
IsharaMeradin Posted February 23, 2022 Share Posted February 23, 2022 As long as you linked MO2 to Nexus as the desired mod manager for downloads, you should be fine. A mod page's header will always have a "Vortex" button while the individual files will have a "Mod Manager Download" button.
