Applied the Mods & Launched the game via Frosty, game starts with no mods

As you can see from my topic title, I applied the mods via the Frosty Mod Manager and then launched the game. While it was loading it said that it was applying mods but once the game launched, there were no mods. I got my game via EA. The only mods I used were for the new Boba Fett skins and his pistol add on. Can someone please help?
