Can't redeem steam key

Hi! I just use some of my DP to buy a steam key (Dying Light (Platinum Edition) Steam Key). When I try to redeem it through the steam client, I get this error:

 

• Not available. Sorry, but the following items are not available for purchase in this country. Your purchase has been cancelled.

 

Similar error when I try to redeem it through the steam web:

 

• Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed.

 

Is this normal? Is there any way to redeem this key or should I just give up? Is there any way to cancel the order and get my DP back?

Please email [email protected] including the key (and your region) - we'll look into it for you. We may need to provide a different key or simply provide a refund of the points.
