Making Modded Dialogue Skippable

Hey guys! First time modder here.

 

I am creating a mod that adds a Jedi Merchant in the Dantooine Enclave. This Merchant will have lightsaber crystals and robes, as well as a few other items.

 

I am almost done creating this mod, but have run into a snag. For some reason the dialogue that I have added for my new merchant isn't skippable. This isn't the worst problem in the world, but I would love to have this fixed before I release the mod. Have any of you run into this problem before when adding dialogue to a new Character? If so, do you know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
