Hello I would like to know if you have 3ds max 2013 or where to find it because I would like to add a mesh in the game for a mod with a collision, if not if you have an idea of how to create a collision to a mesh tell me I would be very happy thank you!

Nowhere legal. You might be able to find a download link for a 30-day trial but that's about it.

IF you can find 2014 or Designer 2014 you can setup things manually, but even those I don't know where you'd find a link to get them legally.
