Mods used to work fine but stopped working suddenly

My mods were working fine all together and suddenly stopped working one day. How do I fix this?

My game is from Steam. The latest version with all DLCs.
The game starts in background and can only be seen in the Details panel of the Task Manager.

I have run Scriptmerger.
