i just saw a video talking armor mods but it had an armor in the thumnail that was not mentioned in the video, been trying to find it but no luck yet

does anyone know this armor maybe?                            to be specific im talking about the 3rd armor in this picture- seems to be some daedric armor mod but none i found are exactly like this
