falloutshelter Is ther a guide or some directions on how to start modding FOS?

I have a small idea to modify the Vault Door to a trading depot, where it has the workshop crafting icon, that opens a menu. In that menu you may purchase for 100,000 caps a Lunchbox, Pet Carrier or a Mr. Handy. Would that be something that's possible to make? And how to start?

 

I also have another idea, wondering if modding goes far enough as to be possible to implement this. When selecting a dweller and viewing their profile, assign a rank (doodled in the image next) based on their maximum HP and level, to display their progression in the ranks, the highest ranks would be the level 50 dwellers with 644mHP, a level 50 dweller with 300mHP would be something like a senior, just an idea. If it's possible to indicate legendary dwellers, it could be really cool to rank James as DAD<3
