I made a new PC that isn't a potato so have been looking through Skyrim mods for the last year. I found this animation mod: https://www.nexusmod...tab=description

 

The gif which showcases the animation has a player character wearing some sort of glowing magic effect that seems to behave like a HDT enabled cloak. It looks really cool but I've not been able to find a mod which matches it, and the mod author doesn't seem to have responded to recent questions about it. Does anyone know what this mod is and where to find it? Or something similar?

I think thats the one. The wings from the ekratus set for sure, but an armor on gif looks to be moded. Like upper part was cut of. It's a hella cool armor sets with awesome hdt - check it out.
