My thought suggestion is this. Some brand new settlements with purpose, function and realism. I thought they could be built of vanilla assets. Attention to detail to ensure these settlements look fantastic.

 

Some settlement purposes:

  • Mining settlement
  • Fishing settlement
  • Farming settlement
  • Life stock settlement
  • Raw materials settlement

Structures could include:

  • A Manor
  • Chapel, with grave yard
  • Blacksmith
  • Shops
  • Houses
  • Farm Houses
  • Purchasable player Homes
  • A Mine / Mineshaft
  • Stable
  • Tavern
  • Book Store
  • A Estate ?
  • Dock
  • Farms / Fields / Vineyards

Some features could include:

  • Voiced NPCs
  • NPC AI tasks
  • Merchants
  • Upgradeable home(s)
  • Imaginative quests
  • Settlements expand the more you help them? Like CropsFord is built

The game have 170 dungeons without quests attached to them, well approx., as it has 270 all together. So making some quests that sends the player to a dungeon to get something or kill something. Also a base story for the settlement would be great. How is the relations between the citizens?
