[Help] Glowing Map v2

Hi everyone. I made this map but I'm not good at creation kit. Can someone make this into a mod for me so you or I can release it on Nexus? I've been using it in my own build using someone else's mod and I just replaced the loose file. But I have no idea how to actually make the mod.
